Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were slightly small for a double room but clean enough for our liking. The staff were very friendly and approachable, making our experience comfortable. The location was ideal, right at the heart of Ximending, with easy access to stores, restaurants, and MRT stations. The dining experience was somewhat monotonous, and the selection of linens was limited.
I stayed on the 7th floor, and the elevator can be slow, so it’s best to wake up early if you have a local tour planned. The availability of a triple king-sized room was a plus, but the noise at the small reception area could be bothersome.
The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the heart of Ximending shopping district. The rooms, while small, are fairly clean. The service is friendly and accommodating, and the dining options are extremely limited. The facilities are average, offering basic amenities.
The hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of Ximending, making dining and shopping a breeze. The rooms were spotless, and the staff, especially Ms. Zhou Li Hua, were very friendly. However, the breakfast options were not very appetizing, and the variety could be improved.
The hotel is big, very convenient, situated right downstairs Ximending where you can find everything at your doorstep. The rooms were always cleaned when we were out, had fresh towels, and were always in order upon our return. The staff, especially Ms. Zhou Li Hua, was exceptionally friendly. However, the rooms are a bit old.
I absolutely loved this hotel! The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of Ximending with everything at my doorstep. The rooms, though a bit small, were well-equipped with cable channels and a mini bar. The service was top-notch, with an exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The dining experience left a bit to be desired, but the facilities were great. Overall, a fantastic stay offering great value for money.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were very quiet, just as I requested, and perfect for smokers. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even though their English was limited. The location was great, with easy access to everything in XMD, offering convenience and entertainment. The dining experience was decent but could have more variety. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with great value for the price.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, perfect for our group, although we didn't have a view from the window. The service was top-notch, with super friendly and helpful staff who catered to our needs with a smile. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of Ximending District where everything you need is just steps away. The dining experience, while decent, could use some improvement with more variety. Overall, a great value for money option with some minor areas for enhancement.
The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Ximending, making it easy to explore the vibrant area. While the rooms are a bit dated and not soundproof, the friendly staff adds a welcoming touch to the stay. Despite some noise from the lift, the central location is a definite plus.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were spacious, they had a weird layout and the weak WiFi was a downside. However, the staff, especially Ms. Zhou Li Hua, was exceptionally friendly and the location right in the heart of Ximending was super convenient for dining and shopping.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The Rainbow Suite was spacious and convenient, located right downstairs from vibrant Ximending. The staff, especially Ms. Zhou Li Hua, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel was quiet as requested, making for a peaceful retreat.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, always well-maintained, but there was a noticeable cigarette smell. The service was a bit inconsistent, with one exceptional staff member standing out. The location was perfect for exploring the local area, filled with eateries and close to the MRT. The dining options were limited and repetitive, affecting the overall experience.
The hotel is centrally located in the vibrant Ximen district, surrounded by plenty of local street foods and just a short walk to the MRT station. The rooms are equipped with all necessary amenities and are cleaned daily, though they can be noisy due to the street stalls until late at night. The service, while generally good, is lacking apart from one helpful staff member. The dining options are simple and limited, suggesting guests explore outside for more variety. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel offers a convenient and happening location for exploring Ximending.
Even though the hotel is showing its age with some worn-out elements in the rooms, the overall atmosphere is bright and cheerful. The service is top-notch, especially the helpful staff near the MRT station. The location is extremely good, right in the heart of Ximending, but the dining area needs some improvement. Despite the aging facilities, the hotel offers a convenient stay with its prime location.
I found the hotel to be quite pricey for what it offers, and the room was a bit small but still acceptable. However, the proximity to the Rainbow Suite from the Family Room was convenient. The service was excellent, especially for those who love the night market, and the staff was very friendly despite language limitations. The location, right in the heart of XiMenDing, catered to all our requests down to the smallest details, making it a golden spot for tourists. The dining experience could use some improvements and was average, although the fish served was decent. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, but the price might not entirely justify the value.
